Information:
Hot oil and hot components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or hot components to contact skin.
Do not under fill or overfill engine crankcase with oil. Either condition can cause engine damage.
Park the machine on a level surface. Ensure that the parking brake is fully engaged and shut off the engine.
Raise the hood. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hood Control"

Remove oil level gauge (dipstick) (1). Inspect the oil level on the dipstick when the engine is stopped and the oil is cold (ambient temperature).

Maintain the oil level within shaded range (X) of the dipstick. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities".
If necessary, remove oil filler cap (2) and add oil. Clean the filler cap and install the filler cap.
Lower the hood.
