Description of Change: The design of the Torque Converter Housing has been updated. The former design was constructed with an inside weld missing. This missing weld creates a stress concentration on the outside weld, thus causing the crack to develop. The Torque Converter Housings are now being welded on the inside and outside. This change increases the service life and makes the case more durable to prevent cracks.Adaptable To: The improved process was effective on the following Petroleum Transmission:
