The travel speed shift is delayed going to high speed when at low temperature conditions when the machine is moved at the high speed mode setting. In spite of high speed setting, travel is started on low speed mode. After a moment, the speed will change to high speed by itself. An inspection was performed and confirmed the outlet pressure of the main pump was too high when the travel started therefore, the travel speed shifted to low speed. This failure is removed if the hydraulic oil temperature is raised up.Solution
Select the travel speed shift parameters in the configuration and change the travel speed shift low delay from 0.4 seconds to 0.8 seconds. Refer to the following illustrations.
