The new design of the fuel filter base utilizes increased thread engagement of 6 mm (0.24 inch) in order to prevent stripping threads, and cracking of the boss of the fuel filter base.Adaptable To: The 421-3352 replaces the current 236-5484 Fuel Filter Base As. The change is adaptable back to first production of the engines.The change is effective at the factory with the machine serial number prefixes that are listed in Table 1.
