Remove the left engine access panel.

Inspect the engine air precleaner for dirt and for trash.
Unscrew the four bolts to remove the integrated precleaner from the air cleaner body.
Use pressurized air to clean the tubes. Put the tubes on a flat surface. Direct the pressurized air into the tubes from the top. This action loosens up the dirt.
Loosen hard deposits of dust on the precleaner body by soaking in an appropriate cleaning agent. Then, wash the precleaner body with a spray of water.
Blow dry the precleaner body completely.
Install precleaner body (1) into the engine air precleaner. Install the four bolts.
Install the left engine access panel.
Service the air cleaner only with the engine stopped. Engine damage could result.
