1. Reduce the engine speed. 2. Apply the service brakes to stop the machine. 3. Move the transmission control lever to NEUTRAL. 4. If the engine is to be stopped, set the governor control level to half speed.Parking

1. Position the governor control lever half way between high and low idle speeds. Idle the engine at half speed for 5 minutes. 2. Move the governor control lever to low idle. Run the engine at low idle for 30 seconds. 3. Pull the accelerator up, past detent, to stop the engine. 4. Turn the disconnect switch to OFF and remove the key.
