This Program must be administered either before or after failure.In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS42541" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

ACTION REQUIRED
The 284-0612 Tube As should be replaced with the 312-5562 Hose As and two 184-7211 Clips. Also, replace the 0T-0573 Bolts with two 0S-1619 Bolts. The hose must be retained at location (1) and location (2).
Replace the 008-8381 Elbow and 6V-5053 O-ring Seal with new parts of the same part number.
If the 312-5562 Hose As is being retrofitted to Group 1 (RNC00001-RNC02939), the indicated oil line tube (3) must be updated to a 309-6233 Tube. A 6V-4589 O-Ring Seal and 9M-4584 Flared Connector are used at the lower connection of this tube. A 198-6068 Seal is used at the upper connection.
