Removal Procedure
Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Disconnect harness assembly (1). Disconnect harness assembly (2) .

Remove flame detection temperature sensor (3) .

Remove flame detection temperature sensor (4) .Installation Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of flame detection temperature sensor (4) .
Install flame detection temperature sensor (4). Tightenflame detection sensor (4) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).

Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of flame detection temperature sensor (3) .
Install flame detection temperature sensor (3). Tighten flame detection temperature sensor (3) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).

Connect harness assemblies (2) and (1) .
