Attach the 367-7347 Block (1) to the frame by moving the current weld block position 24 mm (0.9 inch) to center of frame/cross member.
Weld 367-7347 Block (1) to frame by following proper safety and welding procedures.
After welding 367-7347 Block (1) to frame, coat the block with Cat® yellow paint.Note: Steps 1,2, and 3 are not required for serial numbers S/N:RDR365/; S/N:T4Y207 and later, block is already centered in these models.

Attach the radar box to the bracket using four 8T-4971 Bolts (3) and four 5P-4115 Hard Washers (4). Adjustments can be made to tilt the radar box slightly down (approximately 5 degrees).Note: To ensure that the radar is aimed properly, the top hole for attaching the radar box is slotted.

Attach the 501-8246 Bracket (2) to the 367-7347 Block (1) using two 8T-4195 Bolts (5) and two 7X-7729 Washers (6).

Connect 501-8250 Rear Harness As (7) to radar connector. Secure harness using 7K-1181 Cable Strap (8) as shown in Illustration 6 and 7.Note: Allow adequate slack, so that no curves in the harness are near sharp corners and that the harness has rounded curves as it is routed around the bracket.

Mount 336-6684 Camera Gp (9) using the hardware provided with the camera. Connect camera cable to harness as shown in Illustration 8.

Use 7K-1181 Cable Strap (8) to secure slack from camera harness as shown in Illustration 9.
Tighten the cable strap to hold harness in place, but not tight enough to pinch the harness.
