65 TractorsTwo repair kits are available for the 8R2601 (production) and 9C9850 (Parts Service) Brake Accumulators on the Challenger 65 Tractors. The accumulator is part of the 3W5207 Brake Lines Group.
The 8R2972 Seal Kit includes the seals and rings needed to seal the piston and end cap.
The 4E6090 Piston and Seal Kit includes a piston and all its seals. It also includes the end cap seal and a 1J9671 Seal for the 692535 Gas Valve. The high pressure valve core for the gas valve is not serviced separately.
A tire valve core should never be substituted for an accumulator gas valve core.
