PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR FRONT AXLE HOUSING AND FRONT FINAL DRIVES ON 910 LOADER WITH FELLING AND BUNCHING ATTACHMENT 3260, 4050, 4051, PS4025 U-91 This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4025" as Part Number and "7755" as Group Number. Termination Date

Problem
Front axle housing on some of the affected product may crack because core configurations are not correct and wall thicknesses are too thin. Axle housings in current production have good castings. Also, some front final drives may fail because heavy loads are put on final drive components by the felling and bunching application. Larger, 920 components are used in current production of front final drives on 910 Loaders with felling and bunching attachments. If one of the two types of failures occurs on affected product, this Program offers a special front axle arrangement for service. This arrangement includes a current production axle housing and final drives with 920 components. The arrangement also includes a differential, axles and brake discs, so the front axle housing and axles along with final drive and wheel groups can be replaced as a single unit.
