PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Remove the 54 Pin Connector from the bracket located behind the cab. Refer to Image1.1.1.

2. Remove wire (K779-PU) of Pin 1 out from the 54 Pin Connector. Refer to Image1.2.1 and 1.2.2.

3. Install wire (K779-PU) to Pin 2 of the 469-2086 Harness Assembly (Diode) connector. Refer to Image1.3.1.

4. Install wire from the new 469-2086 469-2086 Harness Assembly (Diode) to Pin 1 of 54 Pin Connector. Refer to Image1.4.1.

5. Install the 54 Pin Connector to the bracket and tighten to a specified torque of 6.9 +/- 0.35 N.m. Refer to Image1.5.1.

6. Fix the new 469-2086 Harness Assembly (Diode) to the 422-2144 Platform Harness with new 7K-1181 Cable Straps. Refer to Image1.6.1.
