Family Of Generator Set EnginesDescription of Change: A new Woodward actuator assembly (EG10P) is used on the 3500 Family Of Generator Set Engines. The new actuator assembly has an oil pressure relief valve setting of 1720 kPa (250 psi). The former actuator assembly had an oil pressure relief valve setting of 2955 kPa (430 psi). The lower internal oil pressure will result in less wear on the actuator oil pump components.Adaptable As: The new 7W6722 Actuator Assembly (Woodward part number G8250-565) is a direct replacement for the former 4W2213 Actuator Assembly (Woodward part number G8250-468). The former actuator assembly is canceled.
