Remove the push arms and the blade. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Push Arms and Blade - Remove".
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Attach a suitable lifting device to trunnion (1). The weight of trunnion (1) is approximately 98 kg (215 lb). Remove bolts (2) from beam (3).

Install Tooling (A) in the threaded holes of trunnion (1). Use Tooling (A) in order to separate trunnion (1) from beam (3). Then remove Tooling (A) from trunnion (1).
Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove trunnion (1) from beam (3).

Remove bolts (4) and retainer (5) from trunnion (1).

Install Tooling (B), as shown. Use Tooling (B) in order to remove bearing (6).

Remove bolts (7) and remove plate (8) from beam (3).
Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for the opposite side of the machine. Installation Procedure

Position plate (8 ) onto beam (3). Install bolts (7).

Raise the temperature of bearing (6). Install bearing (6) onto trunnion (1).
Install retainer (5) and install bolts (4) onto trunnion (1).

Attach a suitable lifting device to trunnion (1). Use the suitable lifting device in order to install trunnion (1) onto beam (3). The weight of trunnion (1) is approximately 98 kg (215 lb). Install bolts (2).
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the opposite side of the machine. End By:
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Install the push arms and the blade. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Push Arms and Blade - Install".
