Use a suitable press in order to remove bearing (67) from shaft (68) .

Use Tooling (L) in order to remove key (69) from shaft (68) .

Remove gear (70) from the main pump housing. Slide the gear to the center of the housing and remove the gear from the top of the housing.Note: The gear is not symmetrical. Make sure that you mark the gear orientation before the gear is removed.

Use Tooling (M) in order to remove bearing (71) .Disassembly Procedure for the Lower Pump Rotating Group

Use Tooling (G) in order to remove retaining ring (72) from the lower pump rotating group.

Remove plate (73) .

Use Tooling (H) and a suitable press in order to remove bearing cone (74) , bearing cup (75) , shim (76) , bearing cup (78) , bearing cone (77) , spacer (79) , and bearing cup (80) from the shaft.
Place Tooling (H) on the outer edge of the bearing cup (80) .Note: Do not push on the bearing cage.

Remove spacer (81) .

Use Tooling (G) in order to remove retaining ring (83) from the shaft.

Remove plate (84) from the shaft.

Use Tooling (H) and a suitable press in order to remove bearing cone (85) , bearing cup (86) , shim (87) , bearing cup (88) , bearing cone (89) , spacer (90) , and bearing cup (91) from the shaft.
Place Tooling (H) on the outer edge of the bearing cup (91) , as shown.Note: Do not push on the bearing cage.
