Information:
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Remove bolts (1). Remove bolt (3) and platform (2) .

Remove bolts (5) and (6). Remove panel (4) .

Loosen bolt (11). Remove bolts (13) and panel (12) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (14) and (16). Disconnect harness assemblies (17). Cut all necessary cable straps (15). Remove bolts (19) in order to disconnect oil cooler bypass valve (18) .

Remove bolts (22) and place electronic control module (21) to one side. Disconnect all necessary hose assemblies (23) from the rear of the hydraulic tank.

Disconnect clips (24) from the side of the hydraulic tank. Disconnect clamps (25) from the side of the hydraulic tank.

Remove bottom guard (26) .

Disconnect hose (27) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (28). The weight of hydraulic tank (28) is approximately 159 kg (350 lb).

Remove bolts (29). Repeat for the other side. Remove the hydraulic tank.
