Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the door panel (right). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Door Panel (Right) - Remove and Install".
Remove the door panel (left). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Door Panel (Left) - Remove and Install". Note: This procedure can be used to remove the paddle handle assemblies and the door latch assemblies from either cab door.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the removal procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove cable strap (1) in order to separate the harness assembly from the bracket.

Remove bolts (4) from door latch assembly (2).
Remove locking bolts (3) in order to remove door latch assembly (2) from the cab door.
Remove bolts (5) and brackets (6) in order to remove paddle handle assembly (7) from the cab door.
Start By:
