5 4 095-0642 Bolt Torque to 4.5 0.5 N m (39.8 4.4 lb in).
6 1 - Before assembly, apply red Loctite 271 to the threads of the spool end.
Tighten the spool end to 10 1 N m (89 9 lb in).
7 6 - Tighten the bolt to 4.5 0.5 N m (39.8 4.4 lb in).
