Fasten left lift cylinder and right lift cylinder to the blade with pins ( 12), retainers ( 9) and bolts ( 10). Tighten bolts ( 10) to a torque of 120 20 N m ( 89 15 lb ft).

Install link assembly ( 52) to the trunnion with cap ( 54), shims ( 56), bolts ( 53) and nuts ( 55). Refer to the topic " Shimming Procedure" in this Special Instruction for shimming instructions. Tighten bolts ( 53) to a torque of 700 90 N m ( 516 66 lb ft).Note: Rotate link assembly (52) with top toward the blade prior to installation of hose assemblies (40) and (41) .

Connect hose assembly (41) and hose assembly ( 40) to the link assembly closest to the machine. Use seals ( 34), flanges (33), washers (23) and bolts (25). Tighten bolts ( 25) to a torque of 50 10 N m ( 37 7 lb ft).
Remove the bottom shipping covers from the bottom plate on the block. Connect hose assembly ( 41) and hose assembly (40) to the block on the left side of the radiator guard. Use seals ( 34), flanges (33), washers (23) and bolts (25), as shown. Tighten bolts ( 25) to a torque of 50 10 N m ( 37 7 lb ft).Note: The items that are not numbered are part of the tilt cylinder lines. These items come on the machine.

Install guard ( 38) to link assembly ( 52) with washers ( 17) and bolts ( 35). Tighten bolts ( 35) to a torque of 120 20 N m ( 89 15 lb ft).
Check the oil in the hydraulic tank. If necessary, fill the hydraulic tank. Cycle the cylinders by a full stroke. Cycle in both directions in order to purge air from lines and cylinders. Refill the hydraulic tank to the FULL mark.
After assembly is complete, prepare the machine for operation. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for proper machine preparation.Standard Torque for Fasteners
