Disassemble Procedure
Start By:
Remove the control manifold. Refer to Disassemble and Assemble, "Control Manifold Group (Rear) - Disassemble".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Put identification marks on components to aid in assembly.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure is started, clean the exterior of the components to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Remove two cartridge nuts (1). Remove two solenoids (2) from the valve cartridges.

Remove two valve cartridges (4) from control manifold (3) .Note: Four O-rings (5) are located on each valve cartridge (4) Assemble Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.Note: Lubricate O-rings and seals with lubricant used while in operation.

Install two valve cartridges (4) into control manifold (3) .Note: Four O-rings (5) are located on each valve cartridge (4) .

Install solenoids (2) on valve cartridges (4). Install cartridge nuts (1) .End By: Install the control manifold. Refer to Disassemble and Assemble, "Control Manifold Group (Rear) - Assemble".
