Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the swing drive housing and the main frame.
Apply Tooling (D) on the locating pin in the main frame. Also, apply Tooling (D) in the pin bore in the main frame.
Apply Tooling (E) on the mating surface of the main frame and the swing drive housing.

Note: During installation, the locating pin for the swing drive can come out of the swing drive housing.
Fasten Tooling (B) and a hoist to swing drive (2). The weight of the swing drive is approximately 310 kg (683 lb). Place the swing drive in the original position in the main frame. If the locating pin comes out of the swing drive housing, the locating pin can be reinstalled with a hammer after the swing drive is in place.

Apply Tooling (F) on the threads of bolts (1). Install bolts (1) and the washers that hold the swing drive in place. Tighten the bolts evenly with Tooling (A) .
Install the two corks in the threaded holes in the swing drive housing.
After installation of the swing motor, fill the hydraulic oil tank and the swing drive with oil to the proper level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for the proper oil viscosity and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the correct amount. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Swing Drive Oil Level - Check" for the correct filling procedures.End By: Install the swing motor.
