The Electronic Control Module (ECM) detects all of the following conditions:
The warning for low fuel pressure has been enabled.
The engine has been running at least 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, the ECM detects a low fuel pressure.
The fuel pressure is below the trip point for a time period of two seconds.System Response:The ECM will log the warning. The ECM will transmit the warning to the display. If the fuel pressure rises above the trip point for four seconds, the ECM will reset the warning.Possible Performance Effect:The engine may run rough.Test Step 1. Perform a Check of the Fuel System
