All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to coat all bores for the pins, the bushings , the bucket, and the cylinder pin bores. After you assemble the bushings, coat all the bores and the bushings with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.
1 - - The stick cylinder must be assembled in order to orient the grease zerk, as shown.
2 1 330-2829 Pin As Diameter is 119.85 0.04 mm (4.718 0.002 inch).
3 1 367-1455 Pin As Diameter is 129.85 0.04 mm (5.112 0.002 inch).
4 2 9X-4598 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip of the lip type seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install the dust seal so that the lip faces outside, as shown. Install the lip type seals so that the lip type seals do not extend beyond the face of the boss.

6 As required, use the following shims to adjust a maximum lateral clearance to 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
1 147-3957 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
2 093-0074 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
1 093-0106 Shim Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
7 2 234-3748 Bushing(1) Bore before assembly is 140.38 0.04 mm (5.527 0.002 inch).
Installation depth is 9.5 0.8 mm (0.37 0.03 inch).
8 As required, use the following shims to adjust a maximum lateral clearance to 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
1 151-0653 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
2 093-0076 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
1 093-0108 Shim Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
9 2 4I-4542 Bushing(1) Bore before assembly is 110.30 0.02 mm (4.343 0.001 inch).
Installation depth is 9.5 0.8 mm (0.37 0.03 inch).
10 2 234-3749 Bushing(1) Bore before assembly is 130.36 0.04 mm (5.132 0.002 inch).
Installation depth is 9.5 0.8 mm (0.37 0.03 inch).
11 2 9X-4601 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip of the lip type seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install the dust seal so that the lip faces outside, as shown. Install the lip type seals so that the lip type seals do not extend beyond the face of the boss.
(1) Install the bushing in the bore so that the part number of the bushing is facing outward.
