Procedure To Check Air Valves And Springs For Leaks
1. Inflate the air spring and bubble test the valve core and base of the air valve (where it screws into the air bag) for leaks.2. If bubbles appear, remove the air valve core and replace it with a new one.3. Inflate the air spring and bubble test the valve. If bubbles do not appear, install the valve cap.4. Observe the tractor for several days to see if the air spring deflates again.5. If the air spring deflates, and the bubble test of the air valve did not indicate a leak, then the air spring may be at fault. Replace the air spring.
