Failure of the 373-6537 or 10R-5667 Oil Cooler Core Assembly can be detected by using the following method. View the coolant level sight glass in the expansion tank for an indication of oil in the coolant. If oil is visible in the sight glass, then the oil cooler may have failed. Replace the oil cooler per SENR6564, Disassembly and Assembly.
