Information:

Removal Procedures
The installation of the kit requires the removal of several components.
Disconnect the battery cables from the battery.
Prepare the machine for servicing. Refer to the machine's Service Manual for all safety and operation instructions.

Remove the cover (C) from the front wiper motor.Note: The cover will not be reinstalled.
Remove the right hand side post cover (P) .Note: The post cover (P) will be reinstalled after the kit is installed.
Remove the literature compartment from the cab roof.Note: The relocation of the literature compartment will utilize the same mounting hardware.

Remove the instrument panel (A) in order to gain access to the wiring harness for the wiper motors.
Disconnect wiring harness (B) from the following locations: front and rear wiper motors, 8-pin connector, 3-pin connector and earth ground. Remove wiring harness (B) from the machine.Note: The wiring harness (B) will not be reinstalled on the machine.
Disconnect the wiring harness for the cab roof. Disconnect the hoses that are connected to the wiper arm assemblies. Remove the cab roof.Installation Procedures
Note: Specific torque values will be used on certain items. Otherwise, use standard torque values.

Remove the bolt from location (F) on the left hand fender. The bolt that is removed from location (F) will be replaced with bolt (4) .
Install bracket (1) onto the left hand side fender. Attach bracket (1) to the cab floor with screws (5). Install bolt (4). Secure bracket to bolt (4) with washer (3) and nut (2) .
Attach the literature compartment to bracket (1) with the hardware that was removed from the original location.

Refer to Illustration 4 for the location of hole (T). Drill a 25 mm (0.98 inch) for hole (T) in order to attach the antenna assembly (7) .Note: Coaxial cable assembly (8) should be routed between the two layers of the cab roof in order to prevent damage to the cable.
Install the antenna assembly (7). Attach the coaxial cable assembly (8). The coaxial cable assembly (8) will be routed with the wiring harness for the cab roof.
Reinstall the cab roof. Tighten the bolts that secure the cab roof to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in). Reconnect the wiring harness.Note: Coaxial cable assembly (8) and the wiring harness for the cab roof should be routed into the inside of the cab.

Attach clip (11) onto the stud that is on the cab roof with nut (12). Install the new wiring harness assembly (10). Attach the wiring harness (10) with cable straps (6) to the chain links on the inside of the cab. Also, attach wiring harness (10) to clip (11) with cable strap (6) .Note: The new wiring harness assembly (10) will be routed in the same position as the original wiring harness (B) in Illustration 2.Note: The wiring harness assembly (10) provides additional connections for the following items: dome lamp group (14), speakers (19) and radio.
Reconnect the 8-pin connector behind the instrument panel. Also, reconnect the 3-pin connector behind the instrument panel. Reconnect all other
