Remove four bolts (1) .

Valve plate (4) may come off with housing (2) or remain with housing (3) and the rotary group during disassembly. Use care not to scratch or damage the polished surface of the valve plate. If the polished surface is scratched, pump efficiency will be reduced.
Separate housings (2) and (3) .

Remove valve plate (4) .

Remove gasket (5), locating pin (6) and needle bearing (7). Needle bearing (7) is a press fit in valve housing (2) .

During removal of the rotary group (8) from housing (3), do not let the components fall apart. The piston assemblies (9) should be installed in their original bores in the slipper guide (10) and cylinder block (11) .
Position housing (3) on the side and remove rotary group (8) .

Put identification marks on seven pistons (9) and identification marks on slipper guide (10) and cylinder block (11) .

Remove retainer guide (12), three pins (13) and retainer (14) .

Possible injury can result when removing the retaining ring and spring.Spring force will be released when the retaining ring is removed.Be prepared to hold the cylinder assembly as the retaining ring is removed.
Put cylinder block (11) in a suitable press. Install a suitable drive plate of the same size as the washer (15). Put slight compression on notched washer (15) with the press. Remove retaining ring (16) and slowly release the spring compression.

Remove notched washer (15), spring (17) and washer (18) .

Remove swashplate (19) .

Remove O-ring (20) .

Remove retaining ring (21), seal (22), retaining ring (23) and shaft (24) .
Remove retaining ring (25), bearing (26) and retaining ring (27). Bearing (26) is a press fit on shaft (24) .
