B 1U-9744 Hydraulic Jack 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the installation procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install O-ring seal (12).

Position track drive motor (10) onto Tooling (B). Use two people in order to install track drive motor (10). The weight of track drive motor (10) is approximately 50 kg (111 lb).
Install the washers and nuts (11).

Connect tube assembly (9).

Connect hose assemblies (8). Connect harness assemblies (7).

If a winch was not installed, install plate (5) and bolts (4).

Position plate (3) and raise plate (3) with Tooling (A). Install bolts (2).
Remove Tooling (A) and install the remaining bolts.

Remove suitable blocks (1) at both ends of the track assembly.
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check". End By:
If necessary, install the winch . Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Winch - Remove and Install".
