Problem
The clamps used on the hoses that connect the air cleaner to the turbocharger on certain E180, EL180, EL240, E300 and EL300 Excavators are not strong enough and may fail. Stronger hose clamps need to be installed.

Action Required
Remove the existing hose clamps and install the new clamps. Tighten the clamps to 7 N X m (60 in lb).
