Information:

Start By:a. remove rear suspension cylinders 1. Put wooden blocks (1) at the front and rear of the tractor tires. 2. Put tool (A) in position under the center axle. 3. Remove two bolts (2). Loosen bolt (3) to allow plates (4) to be disconnected from the machine frame. 4. Disconnect hose (5) from each side of the rear axle housing (6). 5. With tool (A) under the center axle, raise the trailer, chassis and center axle approximately 102 to 152 mm (4 to 6 in). As the chassis is being raised, the chassis will be separated from the rear axle housing. The weight of the rear axle housing is 3825 kg (8500 lb).
The rear axle with tires mounted may raise off the floor prior to separation. If this occurs, be aware that due to the weight of the rear axle and tires, it will drop clear of the two rear suspension cylinders.
6. Disconnect mid-bearing to rear axle drive shaft (8) from the rear differential (9).7. Disconnect grease line (7. Secure and support the mid-bearing to rear axle drive shaft. 8. Install a floor jack under the A-frame assembly as shown. Secure the A-frame assembly to the floor jack. 9. Disconnect grease line (10). Remove two bolts (11) and then support the A-frame assembly (12). The weight of the A-frame is 660 kg (300 lb). 10. Remove the blocks away from the tires and roll the rear axle housing, A-frame assembly and tires clear of the trailer chassis. Put the blocks back under the tires after the rear axle housing is rolled away from the chassis. Support the A-frame with a suitable jack stand. 11. Lower tool (A) until center axle tires are sitting on the floor. Remove tool (A).Install Rear Axle Housing
1. Remove the blocks away from the tires.2. Roll the rear axle housing, tires and frame to the trailer chassis. 3. Install a floor jack under the A-frame assembly as shown. Secure the A-frame (12) to the floor jack.4. Install bolts (11) and connect grease line (10). 5. Connect the mid-bearing to rear axle drive shaft (8) to the rear differential (9).6. Connect the grease line (7). 7. Connect hose (5) to each side of the rear axle housing. 8. Connect plates (4) to the machine frame by tightening bolt (3) and installing bolts (2).9. Remove all wooden blocks from the tires.End By:a. install rear suspension cylinders
