Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Clean the face of air inlet heater (7) with cleaning solvent. Apply Tooling (A) to the face of air inlet heater (7). Allow Tooling (A) to dry for 3 to 5 minutes. Apply Tooling (B) to the joint face and spread uniformly. Air inlet heater (7) must be installed and tightened within 10 minutes.

Position air inlet elbow (6). Install bolts (5).
Connect ground strap (3) and install nut (4).
Connect harness assembly (1).
Connect cable assembly (2).
Turn the disconnect switch to the ON position.
