Assembly Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install valve (33), spring (32), and guide (31) on seal (34).

Install valve assembly (30) in the hydraulic tank. Install nuts (29).

Install screen (26), plate (27), and locknut (28) on baffle (25). Tighten locknut (28) to a torque of 10 5 N m (7 4 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (24) on baffle (25).

Install baffle assembly (23) on the hydraulic tank. Install bolts (22).

Install screen (18), washer (19), washer (20), and locknut (21) on strainer (17). Tighten locknut (21) to a torque of 10 5 N m (7 4 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (16) on strainer (17).

Install strainer assembly (15) on the hydraulic tank. Install bolts (14).

Install screens (11) and (12) on the hydraulic tank. Install bolts (10) and (13).

Install gasket (9). Use two people in order to join two hydraulic tanks (6) and (7). The weight of the hydraulic tank is 98 kg (216 lb). Install bolts (8).

Install O-ring seals (4) and (5) on both sides of sight gauge (2).

Install sight gauge (2) on the hydraulic tank. Install bolts (1) and (3) on sight gauge (2). Tighten bolts (1) and (3) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in). End By:
Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank (Steering, Brake) - Install".
