Remove the manifold (suction).

Remove covers (1) .

Remove flange seal (2) from cover (1) .

Loosen packing nuts (3) at least one full turn to remove the plungers.

Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (well stimulation) (7). The approximate weight of piston pump (well stimulation) (7) is 686 kg (1512 lb). Remove bolts (5), bolts (6), and piston pump (well stimulation) (7) .Installation Procedure
Install piston pump (well stimulation) (7) in the reverse order of removal.

Tighten bolts (5) and bolts (6) in numerical sequence shown in Illustration 6. Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 1763 N m (1300 lb ft). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 1085 N m (800 lb ft).
Apply a thin layer of Tooling (A) to plunger (4) .
Tighten plungers (4) to a torque of 407 N m (300 lb ft).
Tighten packing nut (3) until packing nut (3) stops.Note: Tighten packing nut (3) again after reassembled and ran under pressure for a few revolutions. Once adjusted, packing nut (3) is self adjusting.
Apply Tooling (A) to flange seal (2) .
Tighten covers (1) to torque of 3254 N m (2400 lb ft).
