If the pressure at all of the clutches is 0 kPa (0 psi), then there is no pilot pressure. Perform the Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Transmission Hydraulic Control Pilot Pressure - Test and Adjust".
If the pressure at one of the clutches is 0 kPa (0 psi), then selector piston plug (14) is not installed.
If pressure in a clutch does not increase above primary pressure, then load piston plug (7) is not installed. The load piston orifice (11) may also be plugged. The OUTER spring(s) in the modulation reduction valve may also be broken.
If an additional clutch receives pressure oil in some speeds, then perform Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Transmission Hydraulic Control Primary Clutch Pressure - Test".
If pressure in one clutch at HIGH IDLE rpm is not correct, but primary pressure in the same clutch is correct, perform Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Transmission Hydraulic Control Primary Clutch Pressure - Test".
If primary pressure in one clutch is not correct, but pressure in the same clutch at HIGH IDLE rpm is correct, perform Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Transmission Hydraulic Control Primary Clutch Pressure - Test".
If pressure in one clutch at HIGH IDLE rpm is correct, but pressure in the same clutch at LOW IDLE rpm is too low, there are bad seals in the clutch.
If pressure in one clutch does not decrease rapidly or low pressure remains in one clutch, then the decay orifice (6) is plugged. The drain orifice in the rotary selector spool is plugged.
