A     4     155-3597     Wheel Chocks    Use the following procedure in order to install the new parts on machines.
Pressurized air can cause personal injury. The air supply lines are pressurized to 830 kPa (120 psi).Purge the air from the system before performing any maintenance to the air system.

Block the tractor wheels with four 155-3597 Wheel Chocks (A) .

Open valves (B) in order to purge air from the air tanks.

Remove the hoses (7) from the 9D-0338 Check Valve Gp (8). Remove the 9D-0338 Check Valve Gp .
Remove the 4B-4845 Plug from the 9D-0338 Check Valve Gp. The plug will be used later in the procedure.
Remove the 3B-7255 Reducing Bushing (6). Remove hose (4) from the 5L-5502 Fitting (5). Remove the fitting.
Install a new 5L-5502 Fitting (2). The torque for the fitting is 60 N m (44 lb ft).
Install the new 7D-4903 Adapter (3). The torque for the adapter is 60 N m (44 lb ft).
Install the new 4K-9714 Check Valve Gp (1). The torque for the check valve group is 60 N m (44 lb ft). Install the 4B-4845 Plug in the unused port.
Install hose (4) to the new 5L-5502 Fitting (2). The torque for the hose is 60 N m (44 lb ft).
Attach hoses (7) to the new 4K-9714 Check Valve Gp (1). The torque for the hose is 60 N m (44 lb ft).
