A - Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize - Start By:
Remove the screed.

Disconnect hose assembly (1), hose assembly (2), and hose assembly (3) from right piston motor (auger conveyor) (4).
Repeat Step 1 for the left piston motor (auger conveyor).

Remove two pins (5), the two cotter pins, and walkway (6).

Attach a suitable lifting device to auger conveyor assembly (7). The weight of auger conveyor assembly (7) is approximately 726 kg (1600 lb).

Remove pin (10) and the cotter pin from the auger lift cylinder.
Remove bolt (11), the plate, and the clamps. Position the two hose assemblies out of the way.
Remove three bolts (8), the six washers, the spacers, and the three nuts.
Repeat Steps 5 to 7 for the opposite side of auger conveyor assembly (7).
Remove auger conveyor assembly (7) and two plates (9) (not shown).Installation Procedure
Install auger conveyor assembly (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to all contact surfaces of auger conveyor assembly (7).
