Install bearing cup (33) to flange (32) .

Install Tooling (J) to aid the installation of flange (32). Install flange (32). Install bolts (31) and the washers. Tighten bolts (31) to a torque of 60 7 N m (44 5 lb ft).
Remove Tooling (J) .

Install Tooling (K) to aid in the installation of wear sleeve (30). Install wear sleeve (30). Install bolts (29). Tighten bolts (29) to a torque of 105 15 N m (77 11 lb ft).
Remove Tooling (K) .

Install O-ring seals (28) to support (27) .

Install support (27). Install bolts (26) and the washers. Tighten bolts (26) to a torque of 105 15 N m (77 11 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (E), Tooling (F), and a suitable lifting device to case (25). Lubricate the bore of case (25) with the lubricant that is being sealed. Position case (25) to the torque converter. The weight of case (25) is approximately 69 kg (153 lb).
Install bolts (24) and the washers. Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of 50 7 N m (37 5 lb ft).

If race (23) was removed, raise the temperature of race (23). Install race (23) to shaft (18) .
Install seal ring (22) to shaft (18). Raise the temperature of bearing (19). Install bearing (19) to shaft (18) .
Install shaft (18) to the torque converter. Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (20). Install lip seal (21) until lip seal (21) is flush with support (27) within 0.250 mm (0.0098 inch). Lubricate lip seal (21) with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install speed sensor (17) and tighten locknut (16). Install clip (15) .

Install yoke (11), O-ring seal (12), retainer (13), and bolt (14). Tighten bolt (14) to a torque of 105 15 N m (77 11 lb ft).

Install bearing (8) in gear (7) .
Position gear (7) to planetary carrier (2). Position discs (6) and (10) on both sides of gear (7) .
Install shaft (5) in planetary carrier (2). Align the hole in shaft (5) with the hole in planetary carrier (2). Install pin (9) into planetary carrier (2) and shaft (5) .
Repeat Steps 36 through 38 for the three remaining shafts.

Install retaining ring (3) to planetary carrier (2). Install retainer (4) to planetary carrier (2) .
