Pop-Up Messages
Pop-Up messages within the Information Display inform the operator of a pending or immediate machine condition. These messages are abbreviated to relate the machine condition while the machine is in operation. The messages are restricted to a dedicated area of the Display to minimize conflicts with productivity and safety information.Pop-Up Message Box
The Pop-Up message box is formatted to provide required information in a condensed, understandable condition. Pop-Up messages are used for various information conditions and severities. These information conditions and severities, as well as the general layout of the Pop-Up messages, are described in the following sections.Information ("Info") Pop-Up Messages
Information Pop-Ups provide non-safety critical messages to the operator. Text within the messages appears in complete words, allowing for greater understanding and better translation into different languages.Event Codes (for example, E344 (2)), appear in the lower left-hand corner of the Pop-Up message box. Event Codes alert the operator or technician that an abnormal operating condition exists in one of the machine systems. If multiple info Pop-Ups are active, an arrow will appear. If any warnings are active (and not snoozed), Info Pop-Ups will not display.Fault Codes
The color of the symbol represents the highest-level active warning:
Level 1 - Gray Warning supersedes any active information Pop-up message.
Level 2 - Yellow Warning supersedes active information/Level 1 Warning (or lower) Pop-up.
Level 3 - Red Warning is the highest priority. A Level 3 Warning always supersedes an active Level 2 (or lower) Pop-up.When the operator presses the banner of a Level 1 Fault or a Level 2 Fault, the Fault will hide or "snooze". A small warning Fault icon will appear in the bottom right corner of the Fault banner. The display takes the operator to the Service Diagnostic menu screen, where additional Events and Details information will appear. The last Pop-up suppressed raises an alert reminder symbol in the lower right-hand corner of the Information banner. The alert reminder symbol remains until the warnings become inactive. The operator may enable the snooze function for Information Messages, Level 1 Warnings, or Level 2 Warnings.Note: Level 3 Warnings (red banner) will remain active and will not snooze.
