Place the bucket on the ground.

Disconnect harness assemblies (1) .

Install Tooling (A) to counterweight (2) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) .

Remove bolts (3) from machine frame (4) .
Remove counterweight (2). The weight of the counterweight is approximately 4006 kg (8832 lb).

Remove shims (5) from machine frame (4) .Installation Procedure

Install shims (5) onto machine frame (4) .

Install Tooling (A) to counterweight (2) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) .
Position counterweight (2). The weight of the counterweight is approximately 4006 kg (8832 lb).
Install bolts (3) onto machine frame (4) .
