2. Remove nut and bolt (2), then remove horn assembly (1) and gasket from the bracket.INSTALL AIR HORN GROUP
1. Install a new gasket (2) on the horn assembly (1), then put horn assembly (1) in position on bracket. 2. Install the bolt and nut that hold horn assembly to the bracket.3. Install fitting on horn adapter, then connect hose to fitting.4. Close the left platform assembly.DISASSEMBLE AIR HORN GROUP
start by:a) remove air horn group1. Remove cotter pin (4). Remove button (5) from the stem. 2. Remove elbow (1) from cap (2).3. Remove the cap from valve body (3).4. Remove the strainer, spring, seat, valve and stem from the valve body.5. Remove elbow (9). Remove nut, lockwasher and washer (6) from the adapter.6. Remove three bolts, and remove bracket assembly (10), bracket (7) and clamps and grommets (8) from the horns.7. Remove the adapter and pad from the horn.ASSEMBLE AIR HORN GROUP
1. Install adapter (7) in horn (5). 2. Install grommets (2) on the horn.3. Install pad (8), bracket assembly (4), clamps (1) and bracket (3) on the horn.4. Install the washer and lockwasher (9), nut (10) and elbow (6) on the adapter.5. Install valve (19) on stem (14).6. Install stem and valve in body (15).7. Install seat (13), spring (18) and strainer (12) in the body. Install cap (17).8. Install elbow (11) in the cap.9. Put bottom (20) in position on the stem and install cotter pin (16).end by:a) install air horn group
