Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.

Remove bolts (1) from exhaust elbow (2).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to exhaust elbow (2).
Remove bolts (4) and move exhaust elbow (2) away from turbochargers (3).
Remove exhaust elbow (2). The weight of exhaust elbow (2) is approximately 86 kg (190 lb). Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to exhaust elbow (2). The weight of exhaust elbow (2) is approximately 86 kg (190 lb). Position exhaust elbow (2) to turbochargers (3).
Install bolts (4) and remove Tooling (A).
