Apply hydraulic oil to both sides of gear (18).

Install the gear and housing (13) to cage assembly (3).
Apply Tooling (AY) to the threads of bolts (16). Install bolts (16) and the hard washers to housing (13).

Apply hydraulic oil to both sides of gear (18).

Install the gear and housing (14) to cage (7).
Apply Tooling (AY) to the threads of bolts (15). Install bolts (15) and the hard washers to housing (14).

Extend the cap on the speed sensor so that dimension (X) is 6.5 mm (0.26 inch).
Repeat Step 223 for the remaining speed sensor.

Install speed sensor (10) to housing (14). Tighten speed sensor (10) to a torque of 25 5 N m (18 4 lb ft).

Install speed sensor (12) to housing (13). Tighten speed sensor (12) to a torque of 25 5 N m (18 4 lb ft).

Connect harness assembly (9) to speed sensor (12). Tighten the nut with Tooling (AX).

Insert lockwire (11) into the next hole in the endbell in the clockwise direction. Use a pair of pliers in order to wind lockwire (11).

Connect harness assembly (9) to speed sensor (10). Tighten the nut with Tooling (AX).

Insert lockwire (8) into the next hole in the endbell in the clockwise direction. Use a pair of pliers to wind lockwire (8). Tighten the tie strap that secures harness assembly (9).

Apply Tooling (CB) to the threads of elbow (4) and connector (5). Install elbow (4) and connector (5) to cage (7).

Install tube assembly (6) to elbow (4) and connector (5).

Apply Tooling (CB) to the threads of elbows (2). Install elbows (2) to cage assembly (3).

Install tube assembly (1) to elbows (2). Note: Bearing assemblies are matched components and the bearing assemblies must not be mixed. Ensure that all bearing cups are fully seated against the shoulder of the spider gears. All parts should be at room temperature.
