Use a hydraulic jack in order to position bottom guard (16) to the frame.
Install four caps (18) and four bolts (17) to bottom guard (16) .

Install pin (20) through the frame and guard (15) .
Install pin (19) to pin (20). Repeat the procedure in order to install the pins on the remaining side.

Position shields (15) to the original locations on the machine frame.
Install four bolts (13) and (14) that hold shields (15) to the machine.

DO NOT use an impact type driver to install the bearings in link assembly (5). Using an impact type driver will damage the bearings.
Use Tooling (D) in order to install the four bearings in link assembly (7). The bearings must be installed to 6.9 0.5 mm (.27 .02 inch) below the face of the link assembly.
Use Tooling (C) (not shown) in order to install the eight seals in link assembly (7). The sealing lips must face inward.

Attach a lifting device and a hoist to link assembly (7). Position link assembly (7) and shims (11) to mounting bracket (6). Align the pin retention holes. The weight of the link assembly is 132 kg (291 lb).
Install pins (12) through link assembly (7) and shims (11). Ensure that the bolt retention holes for two bolts (10) are aligned.
Install bolts (10) and the locknuts to pins (12). Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 120 20 N m (88 15 lb ft).

Attach a lifting device and a hoist to carriage assembly (2). Position carriage assembly (2) to link assembly (7). The weight of the carriage assembly is 500 kg (1102 lb).
Place a suitable hydraulic jack under carriage assembly (2) in order to hold the carriage assembly level.
Align the pin retention holes. Install pins (9) to carriage assembly (2) and link assembly (7) .
Install bolts (8) and install the locknuts that secure pin (9) to link assembly (7). Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 135 20 N m (99 15 lb ft).

DO NOT use an impact type driver in order to install bearings in link assembly (13). Using an impact type of driver will damage the bearings.
Use Tooling (B) in order to install the bearings in each end of link assemblies (3). Install the bearings to a depth of 5.6 .5 mm (.22 .02 inch) below face (Y) of the link assemblies.
Use Tooling (C) (not shown) in order to install the lip seals in link assemblies (3). Install the seals so that the sealing lip is facing in the inward direction. The seals must be installed until the seals contact the bearings.

Attach a lifting device and a hoist to link assembly (3). Position link assembly (3) into mounting bracket (6) and carriage assembly (2) .
Adjust the position of the carriage assembly (2) with a hydraulic jack in order to align the pin retention holes for two pins (5) .
Position spacer (4) to the original location between link assembly (3) and mounting
