This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install bracket assembly (17) onto both sides of radiator (15) .

Install Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) onto a suitable lifting device and onto radiator (15). Install radiator (15). The weight of the radiator is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install bolts (16) .

Position the bracket. Install nut (14). Install hose (13) .

Install bolts (10) .
Install plate (9) .
Repeat Step 4 for the other side.
Install bolts (11) .
Install plate (12). Repeat Step 7 for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto bracket assembly (5). Install bracket assembly (5). The weight of bracket assembly (5) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install bolts (6) .
Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) onto bracket assembly (8). Install bracket (8). Install bolts (7) .

Install bolts (4).
Repeat Step 11 for the opposite side.

Install bolts (2) and (3). Install hose (1) .
Cooling system coolant additive contains alkali. To help prevent personal injury, avoid contact with the skin and the eyes. Do not drink cooling system coolant additive.
Fill the coolant system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By:
Install the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install".
Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Emgine Enclosure - Remove and Install".
