Remove guards (1) and (2) .
Drain the coolant into a suitable container. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Open the access door on the left side of the machine. Remove bolts (3). Open access door (4). Secure access door (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hood assembly (5). The weight of hood assembly (5) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).
Remove bolts (6). Remove hood assembly (5) .

Remove support (9). Disconnect hoses (7) and (8) from the radiator. Remove tubes (10) .

Remove tubes (11) and (12) as a unit.

Disconnect hose (8) from guard (14). Disconnect hose assemblies (16) from fan motor (13) and support (15) .

Disconnect bracket (17) from support (15) .

Disconnect brace (20) from support (15). Reposition and secure brace (20) .
Repeat Step 13 for the opposite side.

Disconnect tube assembly (23). Disconnect harness assembly (22). Remove the bracket and ether start valve (21). Disconnect hose assembly (25). Disconnect hose assemblies (25) from support (24). Reposition hose assemblies (25) .

Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (27). The weight of radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (27) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb).

Remove bolts (28). Remove radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (27) .
