Removal Procedure

Open right rear access door (1).

Remove secondary fuel filters (2) and the gaskets.

Disconnect harness assembly (3), harness assembly (4), and harness assembly (5). Position out of the way.

Disconnect hose assembly (6) and hose assembly (7). Position out of the way.

Remove four bolts (8). Remove stud (10) and remove secondary fuel filter base (9).

Remove sensor (11) and the O-ring seal, sensor (12), and the O-ring seal and sensor (13) and the O-ring seal
Remove adapter assembly (14) and the O-ring seal. Remove adapter assembly (15) and the O-ring seal.

Remove plug (16) and the O-ring seal. Remove plug (17) and the O-ring seal. Remove plug (18) and the O-ring seal.Installation Procedure
Install secondary fuel filter base (9) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten sensor (13) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten sensor (12) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
Tighten sensor (11) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Lubricate gasket of secondary fuel filters (2) with the fluid being sealed. Tighten filters 1 full turn past gasket contact.
