1. Move pilot control lever to fully stroke the pilot valve.2. Adjust jam nut (1) and lever nut (2) to obtain dimension A between pivot plate (3) and plunger (4). Dimension A ... 0.13 to 0.75 mm (.005 to .030 in)3. Move pilot control lever to fully stroke the pilot valve in opposite direction.4. Check dimension A between pivot plate (3) and plunger (5). 1. Loosen control lever nut (1).2. Advance pivot plate (2) to contact all plungers (3).3. Back off pivot plate one-eighth of a turn and tighten control lever nut (1).
