Remove the existing screws (N) on the right-hand side of the machine to allow plate (8) to be inserted over the new screws (17). Align door assembly (6) on the key hole features.
To install a plate (8), mark the position by aligning the top two screw holes of a plate with a machine and drill a hole of 9 mm for the third hole and tighten the screw (17) with washer (22) and locknut (18) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).
Tighten screws (17) to secure the door assembly (6) and plate (8) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).Note: Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 on left-hand side of the machine.

Install bumpers (7) in place of the two inner screws on door assembly (6). If there is interference when opening door assembly (6), remove lower bumper (7). If second bumper (7) is needed install on inner screw for plate (8).

Align plate (12) using the dimension mentioned. Mark the hole location and drill. Put screws (17) on the back side of the machine to allow plate (12) to be installed
Tighten screws (17) with nut (18) and washer (22) to secure the plate (12) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).Note: Repeat Step 5 and Step 6 for both sides of the machine.Installing Quick Disconnect Covers

Remove the existing fasteners (O) and (P) from the lift arm and place the cover assembly (13) on lift arm.
Align the mounting holes of cover assembly (13) with holes of existing fasteners (O) and (P) in lift arm plate and resting flange of cover assembly (13) over the lift arm.
Mark four holes for bolt (15) on lift arm.
Drill four 8.7 mm (0.34 inch) holes on the markings.

Mark the hole for bolt (21) on lift arm by aligning the hole in the cover assembly (13).
Drill one hole 11 mm (0.4 inch) on the marking.
Then install the cover assembly (13) with four bolts (15) tighten to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Put back the existing fasteners (O) and (P).
Tighten bolt (21) to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft) with washer (19) and nut (20) one each.
Assemble plate (14) on cover assembly (13) by aligning holes with bolt (16) tighten
