Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install O-ring seal (19) on implement pump (12) .

Install connector (18) and four bolts (17) .

Install junction box (16). Install the four allen head screws (15) .

Install implement pump (12) and two bolts (11) .
Connect wiring harness (14) .
Install tube (13) .

Note: Rotate tube (7) counterclockwise and connect tube (7) to the junction box.
Connect tube assembly (9) .
Install tube assembly (7). Install the two bolts and washers (8) .

Connect tube assembly (6). Install the four bolts and washers (5) .

Connect tube assembly (4). Install two bolts (3) .
Connect hose assembly (2) and hose assembly (1) .
Fill the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7204, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.End By: Install the covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Covers - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
