1. Identify and remove eight lines (1).2. Remove two bolts (2) and valve (3). Install in the reverse order.Disassemble & Assemble Hydraulic Compensating Group
Start By:a. remove hydraulic compensating valve group 1. Remove four check valves (1) from valve body (2). 2. Remove two O-rings (3) from check valves (1). Remove all remaining O-rings (4) from elbows and adapter (5) on valve body (2). Assemble in the reverse order.End By:a. install hydraulic compensating valve groupRemove & Install Hydraulic Compensating Cylinders
Make sure all hydraulic oil pressure is released from the system before any hydraulic lines or hoses are disconnected. Then, disconnect hoses slowly until you are sure there is no internal pressure.
1. Raise boom and install safety links (1).2. Release hydraulic pressure. Disconnect two hoses (2) from cylinder (3).3. Remove bolt and lower pin (4) from compensating cylinder (3). 4. Attach cylinder to hoist. Remove safety links (1) and lower boom. Remove bolt and upper pin (5) and compensating cylinder (3). Install in the reverse order.
